Gateway is a Christ-centered ministry which seeks to support, educate and empower women and men to make healthy, life affirming decisions regarding their pregnancy and sexual integrity. Gateway is a pregnancy and sexual health resource center conveniently located in the heart of Raleigh. They have been providing services to women and men in our community facing unplanned pregnancies since 2007 and in particular to our local college campuses and high schools. As a ministry formerly known as LIFECARE, their resource center provides non-judgmental understanding and compassion along with supportive resources, information and education on all pregnancy options. They are here to give individuals emotional support and will walk through the decision making process with them. All their services are free and confidential. Gateway provides one-on-one consultation and support as well as accurate information on all pregnancy options; however, they do not provide or refer for abortion services.

Raleigh Baptist Association: State Fair Chaplaincy
Every year the Fair comes to Raleigh in October, and children and adults alike love walking around the fairgrounds eating cotton candy, tossing rings in an attempt to win a gigantic stuffed animal, and riding the Tilt-a-Whirl for the thrill of the rush. Most times the fair workers are faceless individuals who serve us and we can spend hours at the fair never really seeing them. TCC, in partnership with the Raleigh Baptist Association, desires to serve these fair workers as chaplains by praying with them and counseling them if they so desire. Chaplains serve a 4 hour shift at the fair, and this opportunity is open to all churches who are a part of the Raleigh Baptist Association. If you are interested in serving as a chaplain, please contact Julie Williams.
